Huffy galvanized gooseneck funnel. I've had this thing for as long as I can remember, but it still can be found on eBay. You can bend the gooseneck to make it rest against the shock tower for hands free pouring with zero mess.

I just bought a cheap one off ebay with the slanted top.

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0000AXRH5...roduct_details

They sell the same one at the Ace near me. Wish it was a little bigger but worked fine.

This funnel from ASSENMACHER SPECIALTY TOOLS INC. attaches directly to engine oil filler opening and includes o-rings for sealing.

There is also this option from amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...KIKX0DER&psc=1

But you do have to modify it, if you look at the reviews of the product someone modified it(have to file it down in 1 area) to work on a Camaro.

Here is the comment for the review: https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-r...SIN=B01D8VK6WY

That GM one is cool but I don't know how I feel about paying $50 for a funnel.

I'm missing something here because I use a $2.00 funnel from AutoZone

Jeez.

I just use a ~12" long funnel with a skinny end to get inside the smaller hole inside the goofy fill neck.

Same here. I just use a generic long-necked funnel I picked up at Advanced Auto for a couple of bucks. Works fine with no spillage when I remove it from the engine. Also has one side longer than the other so that I can set the quart motor oil containers at an angle to let them fully drain.

Never realized there were more advanced (re: complicated/pricey) options available.

I use a generic funnel

Did my first DIY oil change today and it worked fine despite the funky angle of the valve angle. I feel a thread on style funnel would cause more mess when threading it off and residual spilling.
