2019 SS A10 Slipping?

I've had this happen several times when driving aggressively using the paddle shifters. It's always the 4 to 5 shift. I'm not sure if it happens when in auto mode, but I'm pretty positive it doesn't. The car has about 56k miles.

Is the transmission slipping, or is this the torque converter not locking?

Video link below. Transmission temp shows cold, but it's cold out, and I had been driving for over 20 mins.

Mine definitely does not do that.. maybe let the trans temp come up a bit more? Mine seems to sit at around 150 after a bit of driving.
