Welp, the go pro mount on my bottom plastic bumper sucked the bumper out and created an indent, going out... So a backward dent.. Not horrible, but I noticed it. **** me !!!!!

Oh man! That's too bad! I enjoyed the videos. Its nice to hear what my car sounds like rolling down the road from the outside since I never get to hear that. Thanks for sharing. Hopefully the bump smooth's out on its own after a few days.

Park it in the sun a few times, should smooth it out. If not, hit it with a heatgun, VERY GENTLY.

Great videos OP. I might try that position after I get her broke in. Going to shamelessly plug my video in here for those interested in how the A8 sounds. Keep in mind I am still breaking in so limited the revs to 4k. But this gives you an idea of how you sound just cruising around not driving like you stole it lol

Actually no it didn't. I was running in manual mode the whole time there. The mic on my GoPro kept doing some weird things. Also cars going by sound like a BOV, which I think caused some weirdness. At around the 2:00 and 2:18 marks is when AFM was engaged.

Didn't see the need to slam gears TBH.. Might try it again only this time not letting go of the gas pedal at all. Might just wait till track day to try it out. always scared of power shifting or something, and letting the car get out from me and wrecking it; at least on a public road. |
