Ok, so they are advertising at least 640 now...and if i take the initial advertising of Z06's "at least 625HP", IF, this is equivalent, we may see a final number of 665HP.

I'm good with 640 though.

Considering the number of ZL1s that will be sold...it's probably a fair statement that most will not be raced like they are capable of.

I like that they all will excel in these areas equally. No posers. When you see a ZL1 (or a 1LE, SS) you'll know exactly what it's capable of. First owner might drag race, second owner might baby it, third owner might track it. It will be exceptional at all.

I really like the attitude of GM now and respect Reuss and Ammann for being so involved as to be driving at this event. Product performance oriented with some of the best chassis engineers in the world. Aaron Link looks to me as a main force in the superb track tuning of the Camaro in gen5 and gen6. Salute!

Aaron and the other "pro racer" chassis guys are so good, in fact, that sometimes there efforts are dialed back because they drive the car at 10/10s, and tune it at that level...then someone not as skilled as that gets in and drives it at 9/10s, like any of us might do; and it doesn't respond like it should.

As a team, these guys are very focused on excellence, from the very top down - it's awesome to see.
