Dumb question on radiator cap.
How do you open the top radiator cap? The top chamber not the bottom one.
I turn it it gets loose then tightens again wth. What’s the trick to opening it? Thanks

It does not have a conventional radiator cap like the old style radiators. See the post below this one "Dumb question on bleeding air out of coolant" on servicing the coolant in radiator.

The black cap on the top chamber I just called it radiator cap but same thing.
I looked at that post but doesn’t say how to open it , I searched it to nothing came up about opening it only filling it.

Clockwise to close and counter-clockwise to open.. if your cap does not work this way, it may be bad/stripped?

I looked on YouTube some cars you do , didn’t find a Camaro yet. After it stops raining I’ll see if that works.

You aren't trying hard enough. Put more effort into it and it will unscrew.

Make sure the lower coolant tank is half full.

Just keep turning the cap and it always comes off. Key wording is turn, turn, turn, turn.
