So like my Denali truck, the rear view mirror uses a camera to project what’s behind you onto the mirror while driving.

Correct. It also adds blindspot alerts, the front and rear parking sensors, Bose audio, the HUD, and other niceties.

I called this local dealership a few hours ago to see if they have any Camaros on their lot, and as he was trying to interrogate me, he insisted that this 2SS isn't spoken for, but it's still in transit. I don't like that they have the "market adjustment", maybe show them the "Why the Challenger is more popular" thread? https://www.claycooleychevy.com/new-...FH1R77N0108852

Poor Communication

I ordered a '22 2SS Convertible w/ a stick August 3rd. The dealer had an allocation due that day. As of a few minutes ago chatting with Chevrolet customer service online, they show my order has been submitted, but not confirmed and I should reach out to the dealer for more information. I told her that I talk to the dealer every few weeks and we are 6 months into this process and they can not get any information from Chevrolet either.

I get the supply chain and labor issues, I work for a major multi-national manufacturing corporation and we have these issues too, but we can give you an idea as to when to expect your order. It may be 6 to 9 months, but we tell it you it will be 6 to 9 months.

Come on Chevrolet, you can do better!

Don't make me order a Mustang!

And vented seats, right? For me buying a new, expensive car without it, is mental

I spoke to my sales manager just now. He has given me no reason to doubt him in the past.

He reports that 3LT trims and V6 engines are still on constraint, as well as 2SS. 1LE too.

He told me that I am second in line for allotments. There is a woman also wanting a V6 3LT convertible that has been waiting longer. She converted her order to a T4 3LT convertible, but still got stuck on constraints because of the 3LT trim.

Hope this helps.

Yes, three levels.

Front seats only, but then some call these back seat(s) "the bench" or simply "storage", and I kinda see why, even though my kids never complain, heh.

I feel for y'all with these insane wait times... masters of forbearance is who you are. However, once you receive the car you wanted, it'll feel that much sweeter
