I can call TSP tomorrow and see what they have for crank options less than 4.1” stroke. I don’t want stock stroke as I feel like it will be too lazy for twins and a M6. I am looking for a decent bump in cubes.

Also, next time you want to throw a zinger in there, proof read first.

TSP even recommends if you are going to be over a certain boost level then to go with a 4.00 in stroke. Also might as well hit that fuel system while you are at it. You are going to be immediately limited with that zl1 pump as soon as it hits the dyno. Why have big 62's and not feed them?

I’ll call today.

Funds will be the limiting factor. I’d rather get the setup on the road and log some miles. I only put on 500-1000 miles a year, so for the first season I am gonna run the current fuel system on low boost.

On my previous turbo setup, I only hit ~62% inj DC at 817rwhp/758rwtq due to the meth inj. Obviously the bigger motor setup will require more fueling, but I suspect I can start with low boost and log data. I do agree I will need a more robust fuel system to push the new setup.

Please let us know what TSP recommend! I hope to be starting a build one of these days.

I am leaning towards a re-sleeved block at the moment. 416 with Dart billet crank.

I’ll post back in here after I talk to them. 4.0” stroke will get me to 416ci, so if they allow me to switch it out, then I’ll go with that.

I'm eyeing that Concept Performance LSR 6-bolt aluminum block... Looks pretty stout. Was thinking 427, because it sounds cool, but having a hard time nailing down heads. So far, the Brodix BR7-3 looks pretty flowy.

Athena fire ring gaskets and 1/2" studs will hold more boost than most people here will make anyways.

Go for it Quick! Should be a monster!

Now I will show my ignorance to the group . . . If you go 427 LSX is high boost still an issue?
