Suspension noise after coilover install
I had pfadt featherlights installed. The bushings were timed. If I go over a bump or bounce the car up and down I get a scraping creaking noise. I took the car back and had the bushings timed a second time. Still get the noise. The technician thinks the coilover are defective. The coilover are newly rebuilt by AFE. Any opinion if this is bushing noise or something else. The rears make noise but the fronts are quiet.

Sounds like something is rubbing. Can you get the car up on a rack or blocks to watch them expand and contract?

The shop that installed the coilover spent a lot of time trying to figure out where the noise was coming from. They had it on the alignment rack when they looked at it. They couldn't see anything. They think it is coming from inside the coilover. I will get under the car and let you know if I see anything.
