So I reached out to them via email on Monday, and again this morning regarding a Street Slayer, but have yet to hear back. Is this normal? I am weary about buying a clutch from a company that is tough to get a hold of. They still in business?

Yes they are. I purchased their offset bushings recently.
Did you pm or email them? May be quicker to call them... http://www.hendrix-engineering.com/ -Don

He just emailed me! Thanks for everyone's help. I have heard nothing but good things about their clutches, so I'd like to talk to them about it.
