Not really. It's a whole new -10 line for feed and a new -8 line for return. They give you crappy self tapping screws...no way lol. My guys made a nice bracket to hold the fuel filter and did extensive heat proofing on the fuel lines that was not included. We added flexfuel sensor fittings on the return line and a Z06 pressure sensor to the filter assembly so that we had OEM fuel pressure readings. Plus a Hobbs switch and wiring to activate the 2nd and 3rd pumps under boost. It's straightforward, but definitely not plug and play.

We are running a JMS on my brothers ZL1. It made 660/650 on a Mustang dyno that reads 5-6% lower then a DJ. It has +30 injectors, LPE HPFP, Headers, 14psi, E60 fuel. Turning the rail pressure down for the larger injectors and pump took strain off the low side.

So imo the LT4 low side pump with a JMS can probably go mid 7xx whp with the right setup.

I would suggest factoring any potential future goals before spending money on fueling. The LT4 high side will allow you to run E50-60 where you are now and it's pretty much maxed. If you did +30's and LPE HPFP, you could run full E or turn up the boost and run E60.

This is based around a .82 Lambda AFR target.

Thank you for this info
You have been the guru here on LT4 fueling and boost
I will be happy with 600whp as long as it is consistent

I am still on stock clutch and drivetrain

I was in the same boat as you originally wanting flex fuel and around 600 whp. Ended up sticking with 93 and upgrading the camshaft. Save your money on the extra fuel system unless you plan on upgrading pistons and rods in the future.

I don't want to open the motor
Less parts being changed the better

Underrated post right here. King and several other FI LT1 gen6 pioneers have been extremely kind and generous sharing their hardships and resolutions with what works and what combinations on fuel upgrades provide what limitations, and backed by data. I can't thank these forum contributors enough as well as all sponsors and tuners who have also chosen to share their expertise when it come to safely adding boost to the gen6 LT1's.

Appreciate the kind words but I have to give a shoutout to Ted Jenetty and Brett Stewart for a lot of help in the early days of this platform. Those guys really helped me in the beginning. Their knowledge combined with a lot of trial and error on my end has really helped hone my skills with this platform. However there is still plenty left to learn...wish I had more time to focus on it.
