The filter for the head unit looks like it belongs there with how it’s shaped it also has the heat shield underneath the blower to help with temps. My friend with a 416Ci F1A blower was geeking over the little things the ECS kit has. Issues I had: the blower kit took nearly 4 months when i was told only 8 weeks, the kit was missing a bolt and washer for the pulleys, the brackets for the intercooler needed bending to get on to crash support studs. I’m looking to make around 600 on the dyno. It will have headers, intake and a bunch of meth. I also did LT4 injectors and hpfp. IMO it’s a good buy.
Nice! Could you give us some of your first impressions driving it? Did you dyno tune or street tune? Thanks for sharing the wait time, I am on month 2, I figured it would take many weeks to arrive.

Hey all finally got my kit installed with the new motor. So far she drives like stick with my monster triple disc clutch. Still on break in period for another week or so then back to dyno for final tune with meth. I’m just cruising around town for a tank of gas breaking the clutch in, then headed back to dyno.

Hope you’re not relying on the meth for fueling. Plenty of stories on this board of broken stock bottom end LT1s that tried that and failed…

Just re read the thread and saw you got the 10 rib and 2200 head unit. Can't wait to see what it does. Good luck.

Sounds great man, hopefully you can get it sorted by then, looks like you will have to get creative with finding traction when it is all said and done.

I got the ECS base kit sitting here, just waiting on the LT4 fuel upgrades to come in. Hoping for 650-700 rwhp with the little paxton 1500 head unit and some off road longtube headers.

I’ll post a link to my YouTube once I get the videos up there. Can’t figure out how to post those here. Sizing makes it difficult. It’s got a stage 3 turbo cam as well as btr trinity and 2” headers with a 108 throttle body.

I have mickeys on there now but need to get them new. I’m hoping I can hook in 3-4 gear. It’s going to be a whole lot of awesome, I’ve driven a 600hp jeep but this will be a whole new world.

You'd be surprised how well it hooks if yours is anything like mine. Mine will hook in 2nd after the tires are warmed up. Just on BF Goodrich G-Force Comp 2's.

I hope so man I’d like to get the summer out of these tires. I’m sure with 7xx hp you don’t lose to much on the street.
