I'm sure we're not talking about the same dealership. Transit can take a month...lol. I still don't have an allocation for my first order either but cancelled it yesterday. Now we'll see if a fight ensues over my deposit!!

Spoke to my salesman again this afternoon after the New Car Manager had a meeting with a GM rep earlier.

Take it for what it's worth, but apparently the rep told them that the Camaro models were one of the last lines to be restarted, which is why there's been such a delay. Apparently, they're now ramping up again, so orders should start being accepted with more frequency.

While no timeframe was given, my salesman is hopeful that the order will be accepted by GM in the next week or two.

Again, this is all hearsay, but I've known/worked with these guys for years, so I don't think they'd be feeding me a line. The GM rep on the other hand...

That was from September, I am sure omnicron only helped the situation. Too bad GM s doesnt release counts of camaros in each build state. I would be really interested to see if they are catching up or falling behind.

Letting dealers place orders but not accept them or tell you where you are in line makes it so hard to know what's going on. I know gm wouldn't release such figures to us in the public, only a pipe dream.

24x 2SS coupe and 14x 2SS convertible slots (nationally) will be allocated by GM for the production week of 3/7 - 3/13.

So this is a good sign that 3LT convertibles are being made (Ordered mine in August). So instead of zero chance and no idea when it will go over zero, it's just a matter of time?
