Single Turbo Huron Kit for Sale - Complete!

I have enjoyed my journey with this turbo kit, but I am currently thinking about going big cubes while I have the motor out (swapping the motor into my GTO), and this kit is not meant for more than stock cubes.

***KIT HAS A MAX OF 1000 MILES ON IT) and is for Manual Tranny cars***

I have done upgrades to the Huron kit that have made a big difference in performance for my setup.

I originally made 703rwhp/762rwtq @ 16psi on 93+meth

i then made some changes to the kit and made 817rwhp/758rwtq @ 16psi on 93+meth

The changes were:(1)run a turbo screen instead of the filter setup I made (2)reroute the wg dump to atmosphere (3)added cutouts. I also modified the coolant overflow bracket to work with a NW throttlebody (only worked with stock throttle body).

Quick overview of the kit and what you get:

Black ceramic coated and titanium wrapped hotparts
Black Powder coated cold side (2 holes in the elbow before the TB for dual alky nozzles)
A2A IC and mounts
All Oil lines and Fittings
Precision 7676 Billet CEA .96 A/r (best of the best IMO)
Turbosmart Hypergate (45mm)
Turbosmart BOV
All couplers and T-clamps
Coolant overflow (although I have never been able to open the cap since day 1)

This kit will bolt right in and tie into your existing exhaust.

You will need to get your own injectors! I recommend 1000cc if running 93 + meth.

this kit did not come with any cold side on the inlet of the turbo. I did fab up a stainless tube and mount a filter in the front fender. Worked great, but for max power, run a screen on the turbo.

I also removed the wastegate dump in the downpipe, and rerouted it to dump to atmosphere. It helped with getting more power.

I will also include at an additional cost the front portion of my Borla exhaust where I welded on 2 badlandz racing Cutouts. You will just need to order the switch and harness from them. What I am providing is my two S pipes with cutout flanges, the cutouts, and beautiful turndowns. At 13psi I gained 4xrwhp/7xrwtq with these cutouts. They are a must for max performance on a single turbo kit with single downpipe.

I would recommend running relocated coils or custom make/route plug wires. The standard off the shelf brands (plug wires) just would hold up for me.

I am attaching some pics from when I installed (1000 miles ago). Some pics show the wastegate dumped back into the DP (but it is not now). I have pics showing both.

I will attach some new pics from my phone, any additional pics can be taken when I get back from traveling (on the road right now and will be back Friday).

Pricing:

$3500 shipped for the kit (minus injectors)

$300 with the badlandz cutouts/pipes/turndowns (you need to get the toggle switch and length of harness from them - $35 -> https://www.badlanzhpe.com/collectio...lacement-parts)

$550 for FIC1000cc injectors

The cutouts are on the S pipes right after the Huron Y-pipe (pipe that splits the single downpipe into dual exhaust).

No heat related issues in regards to burning any factory harnesses, coolant lines, or A/C lines. I also used alot of heat reflective tape on anything near the hotparts.

I did battle keeping plug wires alive. I would recommend custom making them and routing them, or relocate the coils. Stock length wires and coils in stock locating I just couldnt keep the plug wires alive (others have done it though).

I titanium wrapped my Huron kit too and no heat issues for 2 years. That stuff is the bomb.
