Anyone know where I can buy the turbo/DP flange?

Going to try my hand at making my own DP but I can't find the flange anywhere...

Barring that, anyone have a OEM CAT/DP laying around they want to get rid of?

I've got one sitting in a garage. But not really looking to give it away the things are expensive.

Wasn't looking for a "free" one. Just tagged that on the end of the question post so I didn't get accused of putting a WTB post in the wrong place. I MAY have found a place that has the flange. I'm going to check in the morning.

I can sell you the flanges, but they will only be flat (no donut gasket groove)

Some of the companies just sell the down pipes that way, and it seems like there haven't been any issues.

If you're interested, just let me know what thickness and what material you'd like and I can give you a price to Waterjet cut them. I already have them all in my computer, and you can take your choice of 2.5" or 3" at the bottom side.

What are you looking to get out of making your own? I'm sure it's going to cost you more than $150, and at that point you might as well order one off ebay.

I'd go with jason or ebay like CT said. The stock downpipes are $900 from GM which is insane.

Because I can't find a DP for a 2014 Malibu 2.0.... AND no one can tell me if a Regal GS DP will fit without mods. The no-name Ebay ones I did find look like crap. I know I can have a cat'd one for $250 if I make one.

Awe damn it. I keep forgetting you don't have an Alpha body car. Sorry about that!

It can be done! A guy can make his own down pipe out of mild steel on the cheap! Stainless, more $$. Just takes time though.

No one is doubting it can be done. I just don't think you could do it for less than $150.

But I know I can do it for $250, and that is the same or less than companies are charging for Regal GS DPs, for a part that isn't even available....seems pretty reasonable to me...

Have contacted a company in FL that can CNC bend me the mid-pipe section to my specs/design, along with all the finishing services.

Would you mind hitting us up with that shop? I'm looking into custom charge piping..
