I think it's up to you but since they are a little hard to see, I think you should save yourself the trouble and effort. Although painting the CAI would be good!

I don't mind it. I enjoy tinkering. PLus afterfarket headers are 200% easier to take off than the stock ones. I need to paint them anyways because they are bare metal
