Light leakage from Infotainment Screen Sides?
2016 2SS with the big screen in the middle.
When it is dark out (or in a dark garage) does any light leak out the sides of the screen frame and wash out onto the dash next to it on yours, when the screen is on? Last time the car was at the dealer, I mentioned that the touch screen seemed a little loose in its mount (you could feel a tiny bit of play when tapping it) and they took care of it for me. I just noticed the light leakage recently, and want to know if that was maybe a result of their being in there, or if "they all do that". I will try to get a photo of what I'm talking about. Thanks!

Supposedly normal, just looks like a mistake ie a hole behind sides of the screen, not even clear or translucent piece of filler material
Good idea, lousy execution. Like the sharp edge on steering wheel metal trim to covering transition near control pods. Yup, now your fingers will finger it every single time .

it is on purpose there are small lights there on the outside edges of the screen bezel. If you ever remove the screen you will see what I mean. I noticed it when I removed mine so I could change the dash pad.
