Chances of finding a rider that can put a 600 into 10's is very slim, most of my buddies have a hard time putting them into 11's.

They just need a little seat time, it's easy.

I have beaten a buddies 89 cbr 600 with my car. 40-130 roll. We were about even until around 100 then I started pulling slowly. Probably got him by 2 cars or so by 130. The bike has exhaust and has been jetted etc.

He also has a 2006 R6 and I have not raced that. I dont want to because I think I will lose lol.
I think it would be decently close with the outcome reversing with what happened against the 89.

An 89 is quite a bit slower than a newer 600.

I agree newer 600's are 10 second machines with proper driving. But low 11's are much more common.

A bolt on ls3 ss would get raped by a newer 600.

1000 cc bikes get 9's in the 1/4 and 600cc bikes actually keep up quite well with liter bike down low they just lack the top end of the 1000cc bikes

All bikes were stock when tested. There are quite a few 600cc bikes in here getting into the 10's.
