Did the dealer rack the car and check the fluid level in the trans? If is overfilled it could be coming from the vent at the top.

Sometimes its helpful to arrive at the dealer with photos of the problem area and even pages copied from the shop manual. You should put the car up on ramps, find and photograph the leak, and show this to the dealer. If you get the "roll eyes" response, it's time for a new dealer.
I have been fortunate in that my dealer is responsive to this approach: photos, shop manual pages, and TSB numbers where applicable. But over the years, I have also encountered dealers that really don't care about service and return customers. Two of those dealers don't exist any more...not surprisingly. |

Because we do not have a dipstick to check the level, I would have the dealer rack the car and add transmission fluid at least till they find this leak.
