Mustang Sedan? Seriously?

Evidently, Ford wants to compete with the Charger by hanging an extra set of door on the Mustake...

They can call it a Mustang, but it sure doesn't look like one to me!

They'll gain some short term sales, and water down the value of the name in the process. "Mustang" won't mean anything after a while...

Well, in their defense, it does look to have enough ground clearance to roll over the bodies at a cars & coffee event.

Seems like they're changing the Mustang from their iconic car more into a brand. Odd move.

I agree. It just seems Ford, after doing many good things with Mustang, is beginning to milk it for many of the wrong reasons. And sadly, if they go to far, they may very well destroy its name.

Good for Ford. The Charger dominates this market due to no affordable competition.

There have been rumors for years that Ford was going to make Mustang its own brand. **** it, who cares? As long as they still offer the traditional Mustang coupe, it doesn't matter.

I don't get it. What is wrong with 4 doors? My 2011 TT BMW 3 series Sport was every bit a sports car, but yet had 4 doors.

4 doors make a more practical car and do not have to reduce the sport needle at all.

If Chevy made a 4 door LT1 model I would have chosen that, but I imagine I am in the minority. If something stretches our preconceived notions that is not a bad thing to me Flame suit on!

nothing wrong with a 4-door. But calling it a Mustang dilutes the brand IMO.

How about bring back the Galaxie instead??

They did with the LS3. Just called it an SS instead of Chevelle SS or Monte Carlo SS. Too bad they didn't continue with that on the Alpha platform and LT1. But no one ever said their marketing prowess was awesome
