Dreams really do come true and I will forever be grateful to Joe for making it happen! After 10 months from first contacting my local dealerships to order a '21 2SS, having that order cancelled by GM because the local dealership never received the allocation that they had promised me, re-ordering a '22 with Joe who jumped through multiple hoops to get me the car I finally drove it home the 856 miles from Detroit yesterday. I'll never be able to thank Joe and the team at James Martin (all wonderful people!) enough! Easy process at the dealership, no pressure, no extra add-on sales pitches...just smiles, laughter, and getting the feeling you are making friends for life. Oh, and Detroit is a much nicer city then it is portrayed to be, the streets and buildings looked better then when I was in Boston last week, so don't let the location sway you from giving Joe a call. I just wish I'd called him sooner...

The car is everything I'd hoped for and so much more! I think I have driven all over southcoast MA today. Only 550 more miles until broken in...and that is a good thing because it is HARD to stay under the recommended 80mph once, as Joe told me, you become one with the car, which takes about 30 min.

I drove straight back once signing the paperwork. Left Detroit about 11am yesterday and pulled in around 1:30am this morning. I had sent 4 new Continental DWS06 Plus tires to Joe so I didn't have to worry about hitting any rain or snow on the ride back with the Goodyears (did have some rain in NJ - CT) and the car handled the trip beautifully. It was even comfortable enough that I had no aches or pains from the long ride!

I have the same tires sitting at my dealer waiting for the car also. Great choice!

That is a internal code that Chevrolet uses...
