But I am very glad to be back in the Camaro community again. I think the Gen 6 Camaro is one of the nicest looking cars on the road and is my personal favorite.

19's on these cars look very good. 20's are the largest I'd go before looking excessive.

Sounds like you are the kind of person that just wants to enjoy a nice suspension for curves instead of actual track time. With that in mind, I'd say to swap in some SS sway bars (front and rear), upgrade the brake pads to something mildly better, get your wheels and add some nice tires. I think you will be very happy with those small changes.
