Brake Duct Kit

https://knsbrakes.com/c/car-item/429...t+Kit+-+Camaro

Thought some of you guys may find this useful. I ordered my set after talking with the fabricator of Garage Therapy. These are for both ZL1 and SS 1LE models. I find the price to be competitive and fair, especially after coming from BMW's and the Hard Motorsports kits were 500+.

I know the guys that designed this kit, both run ZL1 1LEs, and they tested it on an SS 1LE as well. Should work really well!!!

Awesome! Jordan seems like a very nice guy, was able to answer all my questions about it.

It should, as far as I know the only difference between the regular SS and the 1LEs is the plastic deflectors.

Love the design on these! I remember looking at the stock ducts and wondering if this was possible. I assumed the steering angle would eventually pinch off where the hose would go. Does someone have pics of these installed?

I can try to ask the manufacture for some. He had a zl1 1LE and mentioned that they rub very slightly at full lock, however there is less space due to tire soze and wheel width. Not enough rub to create any damage, hoses are cheap anyways, i went though quite a bit on my e46m3. I think i used to get 10-12 ft for 30 bucks

Hey guys, glad you’re liking the design of the kits! I’ve attached an installed pic of our old revision. New pics with 3D printed parts are incoming in the near future. The second pic is of the 3D printed duct installed with our protype piece (white).

If you guys have any other questions about the kit, let me know.

I have no idea how to rotate the pics, sorry!

I like it! How does it attach to the plastic air discharge besides the aux radiator?

We are always interested in confirming fitment on more models. Do you have the factory air inlets in the wheel wells?

They slip over the factory plastic air ducts, and are secured with rivets on either side. I’ll take some more pics this weekend for those interested.
