Those numbers seem off to me, make sure car is level and you measure centerline using the spindle as center.

A good corrected number is 2 1/2 all around.

What exactly do I need to say to the people at the stealership to get this done?
My car was in for an oil change and I mentioned it to them and they gave me a run-around. Basically "we can't do anything unless you're complaining that something is wrong", to which I said "my front end sits considerably higher than my rear which seems odd", but continued to get the run around about "warranty" and this isn't covered, etc.

Have them type in the bulletin number. It won’t show if they search the database manually or use keyword search like “trim height”. It took about 8 minutes of my service advisor typing in the bulletin number in different formats until the computer picked it up. Don’t let up! I wouldn’t leave my advisors office I kept insisting and finally I was justified and it popped up.

Pardon me if I missed if this is for only coupes, but my new 2017 ZL1 Vert with build date of 5/17 is 27 & 7/8" front & back from level garage floor to wheel arch, however using the tire line to wheel arch, front is 2 & 1/2" / rear is 2 & 1/4".

After my 2016 Z06 rubbed on my driveway incline and this car does not, I'm good leaving it alone as it may settle some anyway as I put more miles on the car, only have 471 miles today.

I don't know about the VERT part, but the 2 1/2 looks like you are fine.

Mine has the taller springs and I've had mine up to 175mph, it was very solid. Didn't feel like it was getting unstable or light in the front at all.

Here's mine. Build date: 4/17. Rear is only about an 1/8 lower than the front. I'm ok with that.
