What he said. I had some similar type issues. Seemed to drive normally but when I went to the track I wasn’t trapping over 115mph..... I took to the dealer and they found nothing and had no lights on dash or CELs.

I then went to get my car tuned locally to see if there was an issue with throttle body not opening 100% or some other issue and car ran fine for first pull but then IATs went thru the roof and wouldnt come down and massive amount of timing pulled.

I ended up having the shop put on a Cordes intercooler reservoir/tank and now I can actually see the coolant flowing if I check. This takes care of any possibly air trapped in intercooler system as well.

Car went back on dyno and IATs never went above high 120s after successive dyno runs.

I think there was a TSB for a cable rub issue on the engine too (A/C belt?) but I don't seem to be able to find it now.

can you believe only 111 km / 30 liters of 95 octane

and my GM still saying is normal

95 octane? If this is the same as EU octane ratings, you need 98 at least (which may not be your only problem, but it's definitely one). Also, your average speed is very-very low, as others already mentioned. At these speeds the LT4 swallows gas in big gulps.

All points to a gas issue. In your location, I would recommend going even higher than 98 as your gas rating is not reliable. To fix the current gas in your tank you can mix it with RON 105 gas (provided you trust the rating).

Also 15km/h average? Time your ride so that you are not in traffic too much.
