Already talked about. I even quoted the one question, the reply and the pic directly of it when it was questioned.

Yep, a couple things over several pages of other "stuff". at least now we know all 2017's will have it, we didn't know that before....

Focused discussions help with questions & information disseminationlol

Heh.

I'm still seriously considering bringing in my Gen6 in Feb 2017 for a Gen 6 ZL1. Looks amazing

Yes, I have been surprised, 3 1/2 years in mine and still looks great. Now the suede steering wheel I don't know about, I remember a few complaints at first.

It's really important to keep it cleaned. The microfibers create more surface area to hold dirt...but it cleans up real easy, and stays that way.

I noticed the "Fifty" logo as well when I first saw it, but thought nothing of it. Now that I put 2 and 2 together, I think that's a killer idea! I like it. What a benchmark!

Do it! You can't go wrong or wait for the 2018, which there may be a small change to it similiar to the 2012 and 2013 ZL1s. Small minor changes.

As far as not holding up, not true.

I have the alcantara (it's really a faux suede) steering wheel / shifter in my Gen5. I was afraid at first to not have leather, but it is one of my favorite options on the car. Super comfortable to hold onto, no sweating, no slipping. Hands don't feel "tired" after long drives.

Seats too. Amazing comfortable. Wear shorts in summer and don't fry your legs when you get in, or stick to your seats.

Great material!

You couldn't be more off, its superior in every category. Their is a reason why its so prevalent in exotics, and it isn't because it looks awful, or doesn't hold up lol.

I'm holding all my mod plans now until I see actual price list and options. I really wasn't expecting to like the new ZL1 this much.

I'd not order until Feb 2017, so hopefully there would be some glimpse of 18 updates.
