I know of a dealer in GTA who has allocation and it's available for a 2017 ZL1. PM me and I'll get you his direct line and email. He just called me as I was on his list and he has one available allocation for a 2017 ZL1. First come first served

The thing that worries me is the note makes it sound like we get the leftovers. They couldn't confirm A10 availability, couldn't confirm if I can get a coupe or vert...I guess it's still early.

Anyone paying markup? For one of the 50?

Well 2018 is going to change that...I cant believe only 50 are going here. Pretty sure 2018 price is gonna go up like hellcats and production numbers up too... 😫😫

I don't see prices going up at all. The zl1 isn't anything super special besides the limited time it'll have as only performance A10 on the road. The hellcat and gt500 are great cars too, I don't think gm aimed high enough with this car, it'll be eclipsed soon. If only they brought it out to slay the competition, but it seems to just get a slight edge on its old competitors. Lowest price is where the zl1 needs to stay. And warrantied stage packs to bring us up to 700+ crank hp.

I was wondering the same thing.

I'd guess there would be some kind of importation taxes and other gov't red tape.

New car from US to Canada is doable but not feasible.

1. Buy car in US.
2. Pay State sales tax on car because you must Title and register the car or GM won't sell it to you.
3. Wait for Title to be sent in mail.
4. Send Title to US Customs 72 hrs in advance so they can prove the car isn't stolen.
5.Take stamped Title to Canada Customs to prove the export done correctly.
6. Signup for RIV at border with Form 1.
7. Pay Federal GST taxes.
8. Register for RIV program.
9. Ensure no recalls exist.
10. Perform Provincial and Federal inspections.
11. Pay Canadian Provincial Taxes.
12. Plate car.

After all that you will pay 1.36 times the US dollar amount which way overshoots what GM has set the MSRP in Canada. You'd be over CTS V money and deep into Z06 range.
