Question American Authority

Has anybody dealt with these folks recently? They don't answer their emails, they don't respond to Instagram comments (even though they're posting regularly). I'm interested in a couple of their 6th Gen items, but am concerned by their lack of communication

I had the same experience - emailed before the holidays to get a couple of things and never got an answer
