Joined the club tonight

I picked up a Satin Steel ZL1 tonight! It’s a new 2021 with the A10 and carbon fiber hood insert. It’s going to be a long 500 miles before I can really romp on it. I had a huge grin driving it home tonight. Even giving it quarter to half throttle, you can really tell it’s a beast. It’s been a while since I’ve had a fun car. The last “cool” car I had was a 2006 mustang gt that I bought new. I had it for a month or two before I put a Whipple supercharger pushing 10 lbs of boost. I think it dyno’d right at 470rwhp. It was a fun car, but this Camaro is 10 times the car.

Dirtytim, you're gonna hafta be "cleantim" till at least 500 miles. Then...become filthytim.

Congrats! May want to look into rock guards and maybe even some PPF for the new baby. Break in can be tough, I offer a free break in service and I only have the car for a few weeks

Think breakin is 1500 miles but do whatcha want. Check out the stickies above for recommended service at 500 and 1500 miles. Post up a pic or more.
