Will at Overkill can do a tune specific for E85, not too sure on the specifics but there's some guys in the Facebook group that are running on it. It'll take a while though for retune for it.

I'm pretty sure that it has been discussed that the V6 ECU does not have the ability to run a flex fuel sensor, thus you are not able to run varying levels of Ethanol fuel, without tuning for a specific Ethanol content.

It is possible to tune for E85, but that would necessitate filling up with E85, all of the time. If E85 was not available, it would run into issues, unless you were able to change back to a stock/ E10 tune.

It seems like more of a hassle than it's worth, unless you can guarantee that you'll have access to E85 for every fill up.
