Company helping to buy new ZL1 in Canada for export ?

I want to buy a new ZL1.

I am Norwegian so I am not allowed to buy a new car directly from a dealer due to GM export rules.
The car must be at least 6 months old before a dealer is allowed to export it.

Due to the price / exchange rate to Norway, I see that it will be cheapest for me to buy a car in Canada.

Does anyone know of a serious company that can trade in Canada and then sell the car on to me ?

In the US there are several companies that do this but I have not found any in Canada.
I've contacted a Florida company that can arrange this for me but they charge $ 5000 for the trade and paperwork job. They use an agent in Canada to make the purchase so it becomes extra expensive since there are 2 companies that should have paid.
Hope to get in touch with a company in Canada that can do this for a lower price.
