Atleast yours is in the inventory search. Mine was build 5/18 an not even in inventory

I did figure something out today about the chat. Basically they have absolutely no idea what your eta is. Basically if your vehicle is showing in transit they will say your eta is 3 weeks from now. For ex first they said my eta was 6/18. Then 6/25 then 7/4 last week. Now today 7/11 which is 3 weeks from monday

Mine is now on the train to Jessup MD. Anyone have an idea on how long that takes?

Same boat. Built 5/3 with no ETA still.

The current 1.9% financing offer ends on 7/5. Maybe the delay is intentional?

So my car finally arrived at the dealership this last Wednesday after sitting in a lot less than 7 miles from the dealership for 4 days. Then they had to tint the windows and install the interior spectrum lighting, which I didn’t know came separately. And apparently this installation is super complicated so it was taking the dealerships one electrician extra long to do it. The main issue was that one wire was not where it was suppose to be and he couldn’t find it. Spent hours and hours looking for it. He eventually found it but had to leave work before programming it because his wife has cancer and has to drive her to her treatment somewhere and he won’t be back to work till Tuesday. So I continue to patiently wait.

Sounds like they are bullshitting you on the lighting because that’s not a dealer installed option. I’d be there Monday morning telling them to get their untrained hands off your car.

I hopefully doubt that.

I'm hoping that my car arrives before my new ETA of 7/11, because I'm leaving on a 2 week vacation on 7/8.

Actually I just rechecked the Chevy build a car website and it does say it’s a dealer installed accessory.

Yes, it's only standard on the 2SS and ZL1, an LPO (dealer installed option) otherwise, such as with the LT1 you ordered.

There is also an additional, auxiliary footwell spectrum lighting LPO that cannot be factory installed.

I stand corrected. I’ve lost hope with some of these “techs” the dealerships have around. I owned a 14 Z/28 with the dry sump setup and most guys doing oil changes didn’t even know where to fill up the oil most of the times.

I was at Back to the fifties car show today and the gal at the Chevy tent literally told me that If I wanted to get a car delivered I should have bought a Ford. Wow! Pretty sad to hear!

Oh the stories about C6 Z06s where a monkey would not know and forcefully pry open the “Do Not Open” cap on the top of the engine and fill it up from there, ultimately resulting in too much oil and the engine dying

Sounds like it. How did you get in touch with them?

Since you're in So Cal, I wonder if our cars will end up on the same shipment...
