Detailing Advice
So we picked up a weekend toy which I'm pretty sure only has stage one paint (or a really weak clear coat) and hasn't seen much, if any, pampering. It's got some oxidation - what steps can I take to improve the look and protect it from further damage? (I have Adam's Polishes products. And sorry it's dirty, I can't wash it till hubby finishes up working on the carburetor)

I can't tell by the pics if you have clear coat failure or just oxidation.
If it's just oxidized it should polish out, preferably with machine. You will be able to tell if its single stage when you start to polish you will see color transfer on your pad or MF towel. Do you have our polishes & a orbital polisher? Check out this video. https://youtu.be/PzGHFujkHVU |
