I cant answer for LT's as I have shorty's.What I have in my sig but with magnaflow mufflers and no stock resonators was to quiet and the muffs were well, to muffled and quiet around town and at wot.I'm a "OLD" v8 guy and do not like the v6 highs or raspy sound at all, so trying to get the low deep rumble sound and lesson the highs we will get from the v6 at the higher rpms. To compare when I added the MRTV2,had the res x pipe already and no stock resonators it was really loud and boomy inside, like being in a hollow drum! The stock resonators went back in and cut out 30-40% of that boom and now is very nice.It has a low deep rumble, especially above 3000 rpm and the high's are softened and deepened a bit at 4000 on up. After the MRT's broke in they only moved the boomy sound from inside to out back a little and mellowed only a little, not enough to compensate for the resonators. The car sounds like Scrmings vid but just a bit more quiet and the tone is smoothened more due to the x pipe but thats what it does. Moral here, for me anyway, is I need both types of resonators to get what I wanted and the LT'S are louder and raspier, so food for thought to kind of compare.
