Fast fish seals question help

Putting this main seal on and I just want to make sure it’s going in the right way can someone help me out. Pretty sure the side that is showing in the pictures goes towards the block

If the other side of that seal is open ended with possibly a spring going around the inner diameter then the open end goes toward the oil side

So the spring side goes towards the block?
