Gauge cluster reading 0

My car has every warning light showing up on the dash. NONE of the gauges work. back up camera does come on. my mileage doesn't change. when i start the car no lights inside the car turn until about 10 seconds after the car has been running. turn signals don't work inside the car but they do work outside the car. my a/c is reading in celsius for some reason. its been doing this for 3
days now... has anyone come across this problem or know how to fix it?

heres a video and pictures of codes I got from my buddy

Check the fuses in both hood and trunk, and also check for water in the trunk fuse box area.

Hey! Thanks for being the one person who took time out there day to respond to me, i really do appreciate it. The problem has been fixed now. It was a burned wiring harness that leads to the body control module caused by my headers. The wiring harness was located directly under the coolant reservoir.
