just on the spoiler or on the roof of your car as well?

I've never seen it on just the spoiler and nowhere else...

There isn't anything on the roof, there are chips here and there on the front bumper and rear side but you have to be really close to see them. Not like on the spoiler...really is crazy how thin the paint is. I had a Honda Accord with around 40K on it, and really no rock chips.

honestly, if it were me, I'd be looking into it being a paint flaw, which should be covered under warranty, 10 years I believe.

it would be different if there were chips all up and down your car, but it's difficult to just chip the spoiler, all the way in the back, and nothing else. It shouldn't happen like that, specifically.

Looks like the primer was contaminated with something there and the black paint did not adhere well. Definitely warranty covered paint flaw. Even if the paint is thin, it should be holding on.

So probably has nothing to do with rock chips?

Actually just turned out to be extra wax that looked bad, so I'm happy!
