ZL1/1LE and SS 1LE (M6) Bog Issue Fix Coming soon!

So I've been reading a lot lately.... Here, Facebook and a few other forums.

From what I've read, HP Tuners might have a tuning fix coming in the next few weeks for the 6 speed bog issue everyone has been experiencing.

Can't wait!

I never experienced this in my SS 1LE..? Pretty sure it's ZL1 only.

I get the bog issue if I straight up just let off the clutch instantly and try to take off... If I slip off of it, it hasn't bogged on me yet.... Pretty sure we will see better 60' times once this issue is resolved....

This news comes from a tuning shop here in socal btw

Something from HP Tuners isn't a fix, it's a mod and it tosses the warranty. The Forum members/owners have been pushing for a fix from GM that therefore keeps warranties for those interested in them. The Car shouldn't come faulty from the factory. You can fix the bog issue right now if you want, just take it to a good tuner and he'll have you bog-less in no time. But that doesn't keep your warranty now does it.

I understand your opinion.... But I doubt GM is going to do much for everyone with an M6 and eLSD at this point.... My dealer is pretty cool about my mods anyways

Plus I didn't intend to keep my car stock for long

This is not my opinion solely though. There are thread after thread on this issue. Questions have been pushed, GM has been contacted, and some have gotten their attention.

If someone wanted to fix it with an aftermarket option, they can do that right now.

This is not click bait lmao.... there's people that still have it even after tuning here in socal with higher HP than a stock zl1.... U cant dump the clutch on the eLSD cars with an M6 because it will fall on its face

But I guess if you want to wait for GM to fix this to protect your warranty.... 650hp cars should not be running 11's tho

Cool! Source? I've got HPT for my ZL1. I'm no pro tuner but I'd love to know what HPTuners is doing and how I can use it to fix my launch issues.
