Anything else done to your car? 116 mph is good!

Not bad, with a more practice I'm sure you can cut 12 flat and possibly even high 11's if you can cut a 1.7 - 1.8 60ft!
It just spun a bit longer but everything else looks good. You just need more seat time and I guarantee your 60 foot will drop! The MPH shows you have the power to get high 11's or very low 12's with a good DA. |

Impressive! When I saw that GN burnout (had not looked at the time slip yet) I thought you were going to get your ass handed to you, and it went the other way!

Not an M6, you are thinking auto. It takes a bit of seat time to get consistant 2.0 60's on an SS M6 on stock tires. Good first DR run OP! Get any wheelhop on the DRs? Also be careful not to dump the launch, I have heard of broken axles. But not any broken diffs yet. Also when you get a good launch your mph might go down and so will your ET.

Nobody has cut a 1.7 on an M6 yet. Fastest was a 1.86 on slicks. You probably are slower than street tires if you are only cleaning off Drag Radials, really need a healthy burnout to get them to stick. Otherwise they are worse off than those goodyears. I cut a 1.95 on street tire in my M6. I have mickey thompsons that I'm bringing with me when I hit the 1/4 this weekend. Hoping to hit 1.8 60ft and break 11s.

After You Roll thru the water, Stop, and Do a Short Burnout, Approach the line slowly, When the TOP Bulb lights, Stop!! Collect Your Thoughts,THEN, When ready, Roll into the 2nd Bulb and Rev the Motor to 2K-3K (Time and Experience will tell you which is Right) and be READY, Leave on the LAST YELLOW, Hang on and have FUN!!!!! PS Looks like you have TO Much air in those DR's

Skip to the 1:58 mark in the video. The M6 Mustang driver cuts a 1.8 60 foot. He's a hell of a driver.. if the Mustang can do that, the Camaro can do that since the SS puts the power down much better than the Stang. Will def. take a lot of practice and hopefully not another clutch lol :(
