If you are patient and persistent, you can find dealers who will sell even the rarer models at MSRP. FYI, I just took delivery of a dealer stock 22 1SS 1LE M6 at supplier pricing. Not sure it was worth the amount of time I spent on the phone with dealers within a 1,000 mile radius. :/

Agreed. Anyone paying under MSRP has found a reasonable dealer.

You are right. I too got an offer from a dealership here in North DFW at 4% below MSRP for a scat pack wide body.

I am paying 500 below MSRP since my dealer is selling the car for MSRP and they are giving me the current GM offer of 500 off for healthcare workers.
Now if the car would show up would be great

Is the healthcare workers offer listed somewhere?

I've been half-heartedly looking at Camaros for a couple of months, and GR 86s before that. For both models, @MSRP is what I would consider a "standard price" in these times.

I found one dealer with the car I wanted down in Florida, even listed at $5-600 off ('22 2SS 1LE 6MT in Rapid Blue), however they refused to sell it out of state, I was bummed out about that.

I put a deposit down on a '22 that I am waiting to come in, and was OK with paying a $2,000 markup in this particular case since the '23 model is right around the corner, and it would have cost more than that in '23 prices alone plus a long wait.

I don’t think it’s out of the question to pay a bit less than MSRP. At least locally around me, I see a decent amount of cars in transit to dealers. As far as I’m concerned, a 22 is a liability for the dealer, especially if other dealers have something similar nearby. This is particularly true in areas that will be getting colder in a few months (not a big demand for Camaros) As well, I also see ALOT fewer market adjustments, so I think there may be economic caution finally trickling down. No matter what, I’d always try to pay less by leveraging what another dealer may have as competive vehicle.

I ordered my 22 1SS 1LE December 2021 and took delivery June 2022 in Long Island. I paid $800 below MSRP due to GM Supplier discount.

how times have changed and the way it looks either buy it or we will find someone else to buy it for the price we want. I guess that is what happens when we get old we want it for either msrp or less the way it used to be and it could be but since there are so many willing to over pay it is the way it is.

Yeah unfortunately MSRP w/no ADM is the norm nowadays and if you cana get that you're golden. I got my '22 for $500 below MSRP, with military rebate, and it was one I spec'd and ordered back in Jan.

Certainly can get Dodge's at 4% below due to it not having quite the "end date" as the Camaro.

Good luck!

Bought my 22 ZL1 in Feb. 2022 with a $250 discount off MSRP and a $750 GM rebate. Best deal I could find and no regrets. Most dealers were upcharging up to 10% over and I saw used ZL1s selling for more than I paid. $69,900 before TTL. Sunroof, PDR, A10.
