The problem with the System lugs is that they did not feel right when I tried to torque them down on my factory forged wheels on my '21. That's when I came back to the forum and noted the distinction between a cone seat and bulge cone seat lug nut - the latter is what our factory lugs are. The ones arpad and I discuss above are bulge cone seats. Discussion on this in various forum threads, but personally I will not run a set like the Gorilla System, unless it has a bulge cone seat configuration.

Yes, Maverick is making excellent points, we have to use bulge cone seat lugs for proper seating.

I opted for the shorter lug nuts, because I love how they line up perfectly with the wheel's face (and match the height of the one locking lug nut I use on each 4 wheels). This, of course, it's somewhat subjective, the longer ones will work just as well.

I don't know how the 6th gen's wheels are, but I used the system on my 2012 SS & my 2015 2SS1LE w/o any problem. But I defer to you on 6 gens as I am waiting on a 23 and haven't dealt with the new ones. Having been in L/E for 30 plus yrs, I do know that thieves looking for wheels prefer the single locks.

Does anyone know if there is a pricing difference with 2023 vs 2022?

My salesman didn't tell me there was an increase and I was afraid to ask. lol I am sure there will be a 500-1000 increase but that's a guess on my part.

From when the order banks opened up on the refreshed Silverado they saw an increase of $900 early march then a late march increase of $1300 for a total of $2200 on top of a $1600 jump from the LTD.

I'm expecting at least a $2500 increase for 2023 Camaro. If I'm wrong ill consider it a discount.

Hell man, if you're afraid to ask such a simple question, you'll be put through the wringer by the finance manager.

I'm an introvert, so I totally understand, but you have to toughen up, line your mind with a resolve of steel and prepare thoroughly for these encounters.

I can see a 10% increase on MSRP, and a increase in the shipping.

I don’t believe the ZL1 will go up $7,000, but anything is possible.

Meant to say a 1 to 2 percent increase.

When I placed my order, it was said that pricing wasn't available for the 2023 Camaro as of yet, but the Corvette price changed by $1000 year over year, so my salesperson didn't expect the Camaro to change too much year over year.

I'm waiting on the 2023 model year pricing as is, also the new 20 in. wheel design [(Q7G) 20" 5-split spoke Black forged aluminum wheels for LT and LT1]

are there any pictures/information out there for the new 20 in. wheels yet, does anybody have anything?

thanks
