Ouch! This hurts especially for those that want PDR. PDR is a awesome feature to have especially with the ZLE Track Package or the SS 1LE package. Hopefully this goes by quick for you guys!

Not great news! When I ordered I was actually concerned that I'd get the car too soon since I didn't want to actually take delivery until Spring. My dealer told me this wouldn't be an issue, and it looks like they were right.

Beginning to wonder now if Spring is even a realistic estimate? What generally happens if you still haven't gotten your order when the model years change over? Do they automatically switch your car to the new year, or do you have to place the order again with your dealer? Would you get bumped up to the front of the queue?

And I thought for a minute that upgrading to ZL1 is a solution... Maybe C8? ...

You have to place a new order for 2023.

They plan on starting 2023 production in early June at this time and @Big Mikey is right they will cancel the current order and make you reorder a 2023.

F'n PDR.

Looks like I'll be getting back in line for a '23.

When does the 2023 order book open?

4/7/22 is when preliminary orders can be submitted. First allocations will be 4/28/22.

I have had 4 C7'S with PDR a ZL1 and 2SS 1LE. I never used it once. I agree it probably is a neat thing to use if you track your car. But I never did that either. Can't we just get a CD Player back in the cars.

You will have to place a new order for the new model year. I ran into that issue last year. I had at least 3 order codes along the way. Hopefully yours gets built, it's tough times to buy a car for sure.

Anyone know what changes (packages, colors, etc), if any, will be in the 2023 model year?

I'm trying to figure out why people are trying to order their cars with equipment that they know is not available then getting upset when the order isn't being picked up. You might as well order the car with a unicorn. Just have your dealer change the order to remove the PDR, 1LE, or other equipment and hope it gets picked up. It's not "rocket surgery"…...
