Stock stall rpm?

Does anyone know what the stock stall speed is and the stall of the
Gm performance converter?
Would be for a LT1 A8.
Thanks Chris

You own a camaro..... go out and find out where your stock one stalls to. That's like asking what the speedometer goes up to in your car.

I don't know the stall speed on a A8 but like danhr said it's easy to figure out. Just stand on your brakes and give it gas until the rear wheels start to spin, whatever rpm that is that's your rough stall speed is. It's probably close to 2500 rpm.

If your asking me I didn't read it anywhere but I'm sure you could do a google search. This is just a simple way to check your stall speed because basically the idea is you loading the engine up and what ever rpm starts to spin the tires under full load is where the torque converter stops slipping and tries to stall the engine down.
