Yes. I'm not saying an 11" with a different offset, spacer, OD, etc., won't work, but, was just seeing how feasible of a plug & play the rear OEM was up front.

V1LE8R - got any pic of how far outboard the G5 Z28 wheel sticks out? I can go look up the specs to calculate, but, a pic sure tells it, too.

As mentioned earlier, SS 1LE 20x10 20mm OS front, 20x11 43mm OS rear. Looking up the 14/15 Z28: 19x11 11mm OS front, 19x11.5 26mm OS rear. Calculating quickly shows wheel ~4mm closer inboard and ~22mm more outboard using front Z28 front. For the rear, ~11mm more clearance inboard with it outboard ~23mm more using a Z28 rear on the rear.

The 18 ZL1-1LE will be a perfect 19" wheel for the rear but the front may run into strut clearance issues like discussed.

Are you referring to the Camber plate that goes on top or the upper camber bolt (eccentric bolt maybe)?

I know the fact that adding more camber from the top will move everything as a whole and mentioned that in my message. I tried both methods (camber plates and lower ball joints) on strut and double wishbone setups for the reference but I have no experience with this suspension setup specifically.

That picture you posted actually gave me hope since the rears when mounted up front will be 35mm closer to the struts compared to OEM 20x10 fronts : 23mm (from offset difference) +12mm (from half an inch wider wheels). In the picture it looks like it fits but rubbing on the top (which may not be an issue with more camber angle and 1" shorter tires).

I cannot wait to test the 19x10.5 wheels with 22mm offset

A bit of selective grinding on the strut plus more camber and the shorter tires will help you. Good luck and keep us posted.

I was thinking about that too (grinding on the sharp edges). I still don't understand how adding more camber would help though as it moves the upper edge closer to the struts I will keep you posted for sure

Is this street alignment?

If so I believe I will definitely need to get some sort of extended studs so that I can fit a 7-8mm spacer safely. Without changing the OEM studs I wouldn't use anything wider than 5mm :/
I take back my word, after looking at the last picture it looks like there is at least 12-14mm clearance between the upper rolled edge and the strut. I might be wrong

Curious as to what your alignment is there? If it is stock/street, then there is not much room for additional negative camber.

Doesn't look like there is much room beyond stock fitment with the 1LE front fenders. Lots of space in the back though.

On paper an 11" Z/28 wheel/305 tire combo's inner clearance is within 1mm of the 1LE clearance. That is a win. My above post with the rimsntires.com calculator confirms this. But in reality, things like overall tire section width/sidewall bulge and alignment also play a part. But I think there is a good chance a Z/28 front wheel would work, even if you had to add a small spacer.

That's what i was thinking. Small spacer if anything.

At the rear a 11.5" Z/28 rear wheel/tire combo gives about 11mm more suspension clearance as the Z/28 wheel is an ET32.

**There is conflicting info as to the actual 14-15 Z/28 rear 11.5" wheel offset. Many have said it is an 26, while others have stated 32.25. I have seen pictures of the inner barrel of the rear Z/28 wheel, and it is stamped 19x11.5J x IS32.25
