2015 Camaro 1le lowering springs

Hey guys i have a 2015 Camaro 1le and was wondering how much i should lower my car or if i should lower it at all. Are there any advantages to lowering it? Also i want it low but don't want it to rub anything. Thanks

There are advantages and disadvantages.

What are your goals and concerns with the car? What is the primary usage of the vehicle?

There are endless options for modifying the suspension, and compelling reasons to change nothing, but is depends on your use case.

I have BMR 1.25 springs going on soon !! I just hate that wheel tire gap!! Looks so much better lower to !! They say it'll be a little or a lot stiffer ?!?!? But I'm cool with that !!

I'd go with the smallest drop you can...because you are going to destroy that front lip..but yeah it looks fantastic! 1'' FTW on a street car!

Dropped mine with 1.4" BMR back in August of 2015. Still haven't destroyed my front lip because I pay attention. Ride is a little stiffer, but I don't care because it looks 10 times better and feels even better when cornering. Feels more planted.

FYI though, if you go lower than 1.5" you'll need to get some kind of centering bushings for the rear axles because the angle will be bad. I'm sure someone knows what I'm talking about. Good luck.

I'll be dropping it, with the OEM Z28's, DSSV suspension from Multimatic, when the time is ripe.

For me, it's simple. Fully matched springs, with spool valve technology shocks, or go home.
