As well as, they don't want to give up the sedan market. httphttp://gmauthority.com/blog/2018...-ditch-sedans/ However, GM doesn't want to follow Ford's way.

Well, there will be no more bootleg Coors in the east after yesterday either.
GM sales down, the Bandit is gone, what's next? A 900HP Camaro bouncing Kia? |

Have to keep in mind, GM is in the middle of a transition of it's number 1 selling vehicle, the Silverado. I believe that a 1 month look, the month they opened shipping of the new truck, is a slanted view of overall sales.

Yeah, and I saw and sat in a 19 yesterday. A white Z71. Talk about yuck. I can't imagine that thing will give a big sales boost. That is one where the pictures look much better than in person.

Because they are making $10 BEEEEELYUN per year. Hugely profitable.

I'm worried about that. The reviews have not been kind regarding the interior either. Sounds like RAM went much further recognizing that a $50,000 vehicle should have a pretty nice interior. GM did it's usual "make a nice interior for a $25,000 truck and see how it plays at the top end". This is what GM has done for 20 years now.

i have all three brands and have owned all three for over 30 years. i have had trouble with all them. as far as reliability they are all pretty evenly matched. i would give chevy the overall edge in reliability but not enough to stay away from the others.
