What's the fastest you have gotten your car to
No way a ZL1 goes 198mph...but I have seen 183

About 183 as well. Ran out of room.

The 198 is a 2-way average GM set and was not the top speed they recorded for the car. That average was also, if I recall, done at recommended tire pressures and stock alignment settings. They were able to exceed 200 through max tire pressure and alignment changes. So - yes way.

I can't confirm it but its hard to imagine that Chevrolet claims 198mph but they will only do 183mph. I could understand a few mph but not 15mph, I've just never seen any manufacturer be that far off. Something doesn't make any sense there. I could also see a 1LE not doing 198mph due to the downforce.

There was room but the number was advancing very slowly…and it was over 4000 feet altitude, and on 91 octane and tire pressure was 41psi

168 at the half mile. She was pulling but the track ended. Its a lot of abuse on a FI engine that relies on Meth LOL

4000ft altitude has a lot to do with it and 91 octane wasn't helping any either. Car makes a lot less power there with those two factors. I'm sure the last few mph comes slowly but you had two factors working against you.

+1. Less air density is less power. The owner's manual also states the car was tuned for 93, so it can get into pulling timing pretty quickly.
