I have decided to list my ZL1...
Well gentlemen (and ladies), I'm officially listing my ZL1.
With a C8 in the garage, a CT5-V Blackwing on the way this month, and way too many other cars laying around, it's time to move on. I feel bad not driving them all so the ZL1 is ready for a new home. She will be missed and is without question my favorite car I've owned. If Camaro gets back in the game for Gen 7, you bet I'll be the first inline for the next ZL1/Z28 etc. What would make you sell your ZL1? Are you making plans for a C8/C8 Z/or CT5-V Blackwing etc? |

A C7 ZR1 at the right price or a C8 Z06, C8 ZR1 might be make me consider getting rid of the ZL1.

This side of my car turning into a lemon or something like that, there is nothing that will motivate me to get rid of it (outside of a life event or the like). I'm a Camaro-guy, and I don't know that there will be one that strikes all the right spots for me like this one does. Sure - electrification might produce a faster one, but there are sounds and smells that make a petrol car feel alive that electric cars can't reproduce. It's not only about speed and power to me. This car just ticks all my boxes and I doubt a future one will the same way.

I'd love to get a Blackwing. Just need to wait to see what issues comes with it in the 1st and 2nd year of production

Can't see the Blackwing beating the ZL1 at any performance contest, and still has the 1.7L blower - needed an LT5
Btw LT5 is on sale for $19k https://www.gmperformancemotor.com/parts/19417105.html |

Plan on buying a Blackwing next year but undecided on the 4 or 5 yet. Very little performance difference between the two models but there is a price difference of roughly $20K, or more. Visited two dealers and both promised to call me when one was delivered as I want to sit in both models and then decide. If the 5 has larger seats with more interior room to stretch out then it will be in my garage.
If the Blackwing deal fails to happen then most likely I'll pick up a Hellcat widebody Challenger PS: I would sell my 2020 A10 with PDR, NAV, and carbon fiber hood insert with 4,000 miles on it for $69,000 today! Plus the front end is covered with Xpel and car has new Michelins PS4's on it.

I dont think i would sell mine ever tbh. All my cars are paid off also. Only way I would sell is if something else came out that i really wanted that i couldnt fit on my property. But then again, I probably would buy a bigger house/garage before i sold stuff
