Any G6 ZL1 before/after dynos with longtubes and tune only (stock pulleys)?

Just curious what folks are seeing with longtubes and a tune only (or intake/longtubes/tune only) on 93 octane on the A10s. The C7 Z06 seems to make minimal topend power more but lots of torque due to lack of throttle closures for torque targets/etc.

Thanks in advance!

Usually on our dyno we see 540-560 on a stock A10 car and a set of long tubes, rotofab, and tune is 590-610.

Ya that's just not happening, sorry.

Absolutely could be possible. CSP picked up 28rwhp and 30+ wtq SAE with a tune/headers on a ported blower and intake car (incremental gains for the retune/headers on a car previously tuned). Vid on youtube. My buddy will know soon enough.

Got any dyno graphs or videos? Would love to take a look, especially if its stock intake and tune/headers before and after.

Well - even stock, the tune can pull power. Also - dyno'ing a car right off the street will probably yield lower numbers from heat soak and MAT retard, which lowers power. CSP's testing, IMHO, was pretty cool, because Andrew showed pretty much max' power and gains, and all in relatively similar temperature conditions and circumstances. IMO - he didn't show great gains just from the LTs alone. A lot of people swear the gains are huge, but, IMHO - 25-RWHP isn't that huge. BUT - I think what is huge is just removing the stock cats' and the heat the pump back into the combustion chambers and resultant issues that causes. I know a little bit of a guy that tracks his car at 700-plus with manifolds and off-road pipes that doesn't having those issues because the stock cats' aren't there. Regardless - if you can run LTs, you should, ha. That's my point. I'm just not completely not sold on spending so much money on 25-RWHP and the rest of that for where I live - it's not worth it. Let that LT4 breathe!

The sound may be worth the dough alone lol. Cant wait to hear the buddy's car with the LT's and Corsa Sport and resonators and GESI cats. He's gonna post it up asap when done.

CSP installed their 755 package, details in sig. Didn’t do a baseline but on heat-soaked pull 620hp/660tq. Stock boost, no pulley swap, didn’t want any additional heat. Really feel gains through mid-RPM’s now.

50 - 70 HP gain....LT and tune....that's very adventurous.

540 hp stock, I believe. Thats plenty for me.

I build and tune them for a living so pretty familiar with what they usually make.
