PS4S 325/25s?
Anyone out there running the PS4S tires in 325/25 on the rear (stock ZL1 wheels)? I know tires have been talked about at length on here and I tried searching for 325/25 but came up pretty much empty.
Would love to see some pics of them on the stock ZL1 wheels. Any rubbing issues? I'm pretty much set on the PS4S tires with stock front size (285/30) but on the fence about up-sizing to the 325s rear. No 315 option available for the PS4S. Thanks!

Since 325 is stock on the 1LE it should fit fine on the standard ZL1 in the rear correct? Unless the stock 20"s are set into the wheel well that much further?

The 325/25/20 is 0.8” shorter than the stock rear tire. I could see that causing issues with the stability control system. I’m not sure what the threshold is on these cars, but I’ve always tried to keep the front to rear bias equal when I swap tires. Going with a 305/25 in the front would accomplish that. I’m not sure about fitment.

a 325/25 being that much shorter than stock I would imagine you would lose top end speed.

Ive been told by my local dealer that in order to keep from throwing CEL you have to keep the same staggered size difference. 285 - 305...295- 315...305-325. Goodyear said the same.

Interesting insights! I remember reading from someone on here that 305s in the front made the car feel like a steam roller to steer. That seemed a bit extreme, but definitely don’t want to sacrifice the great steering feel. Hmm...
Maybe I will need to stick with stock size PS4Ss.

If you track your vehicle and your rear tires are .8 inches shorter you will not be able to turn without the nannies going nuts and eventually cooking your brakes. I know from personal experience.

I agree unless you putting down big HP. Then, you go with a DR for straight line grip. I can see doing a 315 for more patch coverage, but no need to try to squeeze a 325 in there. Up to around 700 hp, the stock tires should hold. Or if you do go with a wider tire, the 315 R888R will do the trick.

I have never heard of this. If Gen 6 only then I learned something. Gen V not true from personal experience.

Thanks everyone! I think I'll just do the stock sizes. I'm not tracking my car at this point (hopefully someday!) and I don't have any power mods yet...so stock sizes are the way to go it sounds.
