Mud Flaps Need advice

I need some advice. Want to purchase mud flaps. What do you guys recommend? I get lots of dirt on rear fenders and back of car. I Live in Ohio so there will also be salt snow to deal with. I also want the one that is the best look/fit for my car.

thanks in advance for your advice, opinions

I would recommend the Husky brand mudflaps for the front and the GM ZL1 rear mud guards for the back. I have them on mine and they keep the lower body sides pristine clean now. And, a nice added bonus is that you can hardly tell they are on the car unlike the painted versions.

I have the GM Low profile rock guards. For the 14-15 they are different then the huge ones that were for the 10-13. The rears that you get in the kit I believe are the ones from the ZL1.

Me too I need some for a 2011. Post pics of your mud flaps. And what's the point of the rear ones?

I only installed mud flaps in the front. I fail to see the point of having them in the rear.

They keep your quarter panels clean and free of rock chips, etc.

Love my Huskies, front and rear. Did have to modify the front ones slightly to make them more sleek looking. Very easy install though.

I made my own, only put them on the front. Cost me < $20 and very easy to do. Bought a universal mud flap kit at auto zone and made a template of my own design in cardboard, transferred to the plastic and cut it. I put them 3" off the ground, real low. Stops all the grease, dirty water, and stone chips completely on lower valance and the rear quarter panel fake "vent" area.
Best thing I ever did. I didn't like anything I saw for the Camaro, Chevy's are too small really. The Huskys look like they would be fairly effective.

Lol.....dont take this the wrong way....hahaha....but it's true. The only decent looking guards are the zl1. Everything else looks tacky as hell.

Well they are very effective. I'm more of a functional guy than just pure appearance.
